Wedding day design development and vision board
Designing extra special touches to make your day unique and even more memorable
Twelve total 1-2 hour meetings and/or gatherings with vendors, tastings, etc.
Budget development and adherence with a focus in responsible sourcing
Vendor communication & careful attention to all vendor contract details and payments
Layout design with various options for indoor/outdoor setups
Timeline development and vendor confirmation
Manual labor up to eight hours (folding napkins, making signs, decor projects, any last minute undertakings)
Unlimited email communication
Help with planning, serving, and cleaning up after bridal brunch
Day-of decoration- Full on decor setup alongside hired staff
This includes the optional three hour day before decorating time (subject to availability).
Wedding rehearsal
Overseeing all vendors and staff for the entire day
Full day coordination- 9:00 am until end
Full design, execution, and coordination of room flips
Wedding and reception queuing and supervision to timeline
Help with load out at the end of the evening and hiring and overseeing of staff for venue required load out
From beginning to end... being a kind and organized assistant with experience to design and execute the perfect day!
Investment: $4,800-$5,000 based on guest count
